Customer's reviews
Great price and customer service. Agustin spent the time to answer all of my questions and provided a mattress at a price so low, I was skeptical at first. He sold me what I needed that was available. For the remaining items I needed, he made unbiased recommendations on where to get them quickly.
Agustin said he would deliver the next evening and call beforehand, which he did. The mattress was delivered as ordered and everything was handled in a professional manner.
I saved over 65% for everything compared to the bigger mattress firms, not to mention getting a much better quality mattress.
If you are looking for a new mattress, I would recommend at least calling or stopping by to see what he has to offer.

Here’s a polished review you can use (still sounds like you, just cleaned up and flows better):

Grand City Mattress is hands down one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, you truly feel like family. The customer service is exceptional, they take their time with you, really listen, and provide thorough education on their products so you can make the best decision for your family.
I had been putting off shopping for bedroom furniture for a long time. Honestly, I was being lazy and kept going to rental places just to avoid dealing with pushy salespeople, even though I knew I was overpaying. This experience was completely different. There was zero pressure, just genuine help and guidance.
When I found out they are a Christian-owned business, it made me even more excited to support them. You can truly feel the integrity and care behind how they run their business.
If you’re looking for quality, honesty, and a place that treats you like family, I highly recommend Grand City Mattress.

I could not be more pleased and am truly grateful to Augustine for helping me select a mattress for our son who is relocating from Okinawa, Japan in early August for a civil engineering position at Ft. Sam Houston. I am visiting from North Carolina and on a tight schedule.
Augustine’s price was the most competitive in the area, especially for the value. He provided exceptional customer service. While I don’t have a photo to include, I give my word this is a legitimate and honest review. Please support this young man and his small business. I am glad I did
